Today I am going to summarize how to cook meat for your Nigerian beef stew Author: nigerianfoodiehub
- 1 lb meat
- 1 onion diced
- 2 garlic
- 1 pinky sized ginger
- 1 scotch bonnet
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1/2 tbsp salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 2 stock cubes
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- Wash meat with water and salt. Rinse thoroughly then place in pot
- Blend onion, ginger, garlic and scotch bonnet with very little water and pour into pot. then season . Let it boil for 30 minutes
- Separate the meat from the stock .
- Grease pan and place just meat in it. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees
