  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 onion small
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • water
  • 1 Scotch bonnet chopped
  • 1 spring onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Heat up a little oil and sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute
  • Add ground beef and cook, break up into little chunks
  • Once the beef is brown, add in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, spices and water. Cook for 2 minutes
  • Lastly,Add chopped scotch bonnet and spring onions. serve over a bed of crispy potatoes or rice.
